Develop an educational analog of the human genome project that personalizes
gene technology by using a student's own DNA fingerprint.
Provide an appropriate mechanism for increased collaboration between genome research centers and local schools
Conduct training experiences and curriculum materials to introduce teachers and genome researchers to their roles in the project
Provide bona fide scientific data on allele
frequencies.
